This newly renovated property is within walking distance of many world-famous landmarks including the Puerta del Sol and El Retiro park. Script is located on the seventh floor of a refurbished Art Nouveau inspired building where history meets modern design. There are 14 rooms in total which vary in size, view and layout. Each room has access to our fully equipped kitchen where guests can feel free to cook up some delicious foods. Script has been awarded the WeRespect seal for our commitment to promoting responsible tourism and positive coexistence between residents and tourists. We'll send you a PIN code for you to access the building and your room, so you can check in anytime you'd like! Our guest experience team is available 24/7 and they're reachable via WA and email. Please note that every autumn we switch from A/C to heating, and vice versa every spring. Therefore, there's only one of the two available at a time.

- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
