This is a beachfront 1 bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests on the 8th floor of the A block. West facing, with afternoon sun , large terrace for al fresco dining or sunbathing with nice pool and garden views. Fully fitted and equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, High Speed Fibre Optic WIFI, smart TV. 2 single beds that can be pushed together to make it super-king size and sofa bed. Modern, light and airy, recently refurbished in light colors that will make your stay calm and relaxing, open plan well stocked kitchen with all appliances, should you fancy to cook and bathroom with bath. There are 2 large swimming pools, one with a children's shallow area. Please note there is a small charge (currently €2.00 per day) for the use of the sunbeds in the garden and around the swimming pools.
Cancellation Policy
- 90 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 90 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 81 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
