Located on the southern tip of the 9th district, very close to Opera and Galeries Lafayette, this stunning 100m2, 2 bedroom flat perfectly blends old with new. The apartment is unique and stylish, with the combination of traditional ornate walls and ceilings, to the beautiful hardwood floors, and the classy furniture. Easily accessible by an elevator in the building, the apartment is situated on the top floor which allows for plenty of natural light to enter. On top of that, there are plenty of windows throughout along with a long balcony.

The living room is spacious and welcoming with cool and warm tones balanced from top to bottom. Then you will find the open concept for the kitchen and dining room in order to maximize in space. The seating has enough for 4 people. The modern kitchen has everything you need from cooking a simple breakfast to a nice French dinner.

There are two bedrooms, each fitted with a queen-size bed. There are two ensuite bathrooms, each with a shower and sink. There is only one toilet in the apartment which is located in the hallway. What also makes this apartment extremely desirable is the fact that there are A/C wall units throughout.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
