This modern apartment boasts a look that combines design touches from a few different styles – there's an industrial-feel dining table and Scandi-style lounge seating, that we really love. Full of grey and leather brown tones, both decors come together in the sociable open-plan space. It's a sanctuary of calm, with stylish white shelves filled with books and artwork, quirky wooden furniture and plenty of natural light coming in through the sliding glass doors. The first and second bedrooms benefit from tall walls of floor-to-ceiling windows, creating bright and airy spaces to wake up to. While the third bedroom is a cosy spot for a restful night's sleep, full of comfy throws, cushions and an animal print chair. All three bedrooms come with contemporary metro-tiled bathrooms, for that added level of luxury. With easy access into Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, which is just a short tram ride away, as well as nearby train stations connecting you to the rest of the city, you're well away from flocks of tourists yet still enviably located here. The local neighbourhood of Montparnasse is a lively spot, with its alfresco café culture, art museums and traditional bistros. For an interesting trip out, head to the Catacombs, only a short twenty-minute stroll from home. 

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
