The small town surrounding Natai Beach, known as Pilai Village, features a public pier where most days it is easy to spot local fishermen reeling in the day’s catch as well as hop into a local long tail boat for some offshore exploration. There are only a handful of facilities here giving you a special feel of isolation.

A truly expansive villa measuring over 1000 sqm on 4800 sqm land. This villa has 5 bedroom which is the go to choice for large groups and families coming together for the holidays. It has a contemporary design with traditional Thai elements. Its glass walls allows unobstructed views of the natural beauty around and enhances the overall luxury beach holiday experience. All the bedrooms feature a double bed and en-suite bathroom for maximum privacy. There are two master bedrooms and three guest bedrooms. What separates the master bedroom from the guest bedrooms are their size and the more luxurious bathrooms for an elevated experience!
There are two living areas. The indoor living area face the sea and features rustic wooden interiors with a variety of games perfect for a game night. A modern open-plan kitchen takes up one corner of the main residence and extends into a long, family style eight-seater dining table. The kitchen and dining area overlook the timber pool deck and infinity swimming pool.
In the outdoor living space, a beautiful timber pool deck flanks the infinity swimming pool at the front of Grand Villa Noi. What's great is that the outdoor living area has direct access to the soft sands of Natai Beach.
Services like housekeeping and the chef are available. Additional staff (babysitter, yoga/fitness trainer, massage therapist) available on request for an extra charge.
Cancellation Policy
- 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made more than 63
days before the start of the rental period. - 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 32 and
62 days before the start of the rental period. - 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and
31 days before the start of the rental period. - For no-show: 100% of total rental amount will be forfeited.
