COVID-19 Stay Safe Notice; 
All of our apartments have a professional deep clean between stays and we are also taking extra precautions to ensure our guests feel safe during these difficult times by carrying out the following; 
-Removing bed throws and show blankets from the property 
-Paying extra attention to 'high-touch' areas such as door handles, light switches and remotes
-Locking the room off once the cleaners have finished their service (maintenance work will be carried out prior to this) 
-Airing the property out once the previous guests have left.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
