The building, completely renovated in March 2018 with beautiful wooden floors and modern-style decoration, consists of 39 apartments of up to 9 different types. All have the same decoration, although they have different distribution depending on their capacity, from 2 to 6 people. 
Fresh and bright, they have a living room with a sofa and flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with amenities and a hairdryer. Some serviced apartments have a private terrace equipped with table and chairs.
All the apartments in the center of Seville have access to a roof terrace with a chill-out area, equipped with a swimming pool, sun loungers and parasols - the perfect place to cool off from the high summer temperatures.
