We offer temporary accommodation to families, contractors and groups of friends visiting the city and have furnished the house with modern interior design in mind. We have installed fibre WIFI, have all the essentials such as cooking equipment, a hair drier, washing machine, iron and a dishwasher. 

All the TVs in the property have smart technology & are wifi enabled. Please note beds can be set up as the following: 1 Superking, 1 king and 1 single. 1 King & 3 singles, or 5 singles. We do have a sofa bed in the living area, please inform us in advance if you would like linen for this and note we do charge extra guest fees at £20 per night.

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
