Cancellation Policy
- 20 days’ notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- A charge of SGD 500 will be made for cancellation prior to 20 days of checking in.
- 20% of advance accommodation charges if the notice period received is 20 days or less prior to the lease start date
- 50% of advance accommodation charges if the notice period received is 14 days or less prior to the lease start date
