- The house also includes a complete range of cleaning and laundry items including iron, clothes drying rack, hoover and cleaning items etc. plus a washing machine in the kitchen and items stored in a cupboard in the hallway.
- Double Bedroom
- Complete with a brand-new double bed and a top of the range mattress, and clothes rack and hangers. This bedroom also has a mirror and sink in the corner.

- This property comes with one space at the back of the building as well as a private lockable garage located a 2 minute walk up the road in Rosehill Gardens.

- You will have access to the entire property with keys from a lockbox outside the property.

- Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation email including access and arrival instructions and full directions.
- There are large refuse bins outside at the front of the property through small gate at to throw away and recycle all your waste as you wish.
