The Naschmarkt Premium Apartment is located 100m from the largest and most famous market square in Vienna, the Nachmarkt. The city center can be reached in 8 min on foot. St. Stephen's Cathedral is about 1.7 km and the Vienna State Opera is about 800m away. The subway is immediately opposite the apartment. The apartment is the perfect place for families, groups or business travelers. It is also ideal for shopping lovers, as it is 10 min from the largest shopping street, Mariahilferstraße, away.
This beautiful apartment contains 3 bedrooms and a living room. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with king size beds where the third one contains a single bed. The living room is combined with a spacious dining area. As a part of the apartment facility is also a spaced and very well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, an oven and an electrical cooking area. A part of the apartment is also a delightful bathroom with a build-in bathtub where the WC is separately available.

Cancellation Policy
- 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
