This 2 Bedroom garden-fronted terraced house offers modern, clean accommodation for up to 4 guests. Located in St Helens it is close to main roads and motorways, offering easy access to Warrington, Skelmersdale, Wigan, Haydock, and Widnes.

One enters the cosy living room with comfortable leather sofas and wall-mounted TV. This leads to the adjacent dining room, often used by guests as an office, and through there one enters the modern, fitted kitchen.  The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave along with a range of cooking utensils so you may prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals throughout your stay. On the ground floor, there is also a plush bathroom with a full-length, walk-in shower.  

On the first floor, there are 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, wardrobes, and bedside drawers. For longer stays, it may be possible to combine 2 beds to create a double. Fresh towels, linens, and toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap, and toilet rolls) are provided. In addition, for longer stays, a complimentary fortnightly clean is offered. 

There is free high-speed wireless Wifi throughout. For your convenience, we have provided an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and clothes drying stand.

There is free street parking in front of or close to the house and a couple of grocery shops within walking distance, whilst larger supermarkets are only a short drive away.
