This unit has 2 twin bedrooms, with 4 single beds and ample storage for your personal belongings. There is an office desk with high-speed internet, so you can stay connected and productive during your stay. Refurbished on August 22, there is now also a modern bathroom with a full-length walk-in shower. Fresh towels, linens, and toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap, and toilet rolls) are provided.
The newly fitted kitchen and dining room are fully equipped with all the essential modern appliances including a washing machine, fridge/freezer, and microwave. We also provide all the necessary kitchen utensils and cookware to make meal preparation easy.
The modern living room, with wall-mounted TV, comfortable sofas, and laminate flooring is a great shared space.
There is free high-speed wireless Wifi throughout. For your convenience, we have provided an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and clothes drying stand. In addition, for longer stays, a complimentary fortnightly clean is offered.

- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
