Quiet and peacefull neighborhood as well as modern infrastructure makes the apartment perfect for both business and recreation stay. In the area you will find numerous restaurants and cafies - beef restaurant Woławina (10 min by foot), pizza restaurant Pepe (14 min by foot), burger restaurant SURFER (19 min by foot) and many others. There are also several supermarkets in about 15 min walk and a bakery Różana in 20 min walk. In about 2 km from the accomodation is located a beautiful park with a lake - South Park (Park Południowy). You can get there in 25 min by foot or just in 6 min by car. Nearby is located one more park - Park Skowroni - which will be perfect for long walks or jogging.
