This modern building is perfect for both families and individual business travellers and comes with three different types of apartments: One Bedroom (60 sqm),  Two Bedroom (70 sqm), Two Bedroom Executive (82 sqm), and a Three Bedroom (100 sqm). The high-quality finish in each apartment with a luxury bathroom, a complete kitchen with the latest built-in equipment and a sunny balcony, makes that anyone feels at home instantly. 
Guests can request a baby cot, high chair or extra rollaway bed and will also be able to bring their furry friend with them, since this property is pet friendly. General facilities are complemented with a weekly cleaning service including changing (bed)linen and towels, Digital TV, WiFi, Work-From-Home set and the free MyCHF app. There are parking possibilities underneath the building that can be booked at an extra fee.
Registration at our property is possible. Upon registering at our property, you don’t have to pay city tax/tourist tax anymore. IMPORTANT: Upon registering you become a Resident of the city and will be charged for resident taxes such as water and waste tax.
