The UK serviced apartments industry experienced an immense growth in 2010, with several members of ASAP (Association of Serviced Apartment Providers) reporting an increase in occupancy and overall revenue generation in London and other areas as well. In London alone, ASAP members reported a 3% increase in occupancy levels taking the average occupancy for 2010 to 89%; the highest growth was reported between the months of July and September.

Another highly appreciated point was the ease of access from these serviced apartments to the Canary Wharf Tube Station and the DLR translated to an easy commute and freedom from traffic to just about all parts of London for most guests.
MoLi's Central London serviced apartments also enjoyed good occupancy rates, though they were a little lower than the Canary Wharf serviced apartments.
