Overall a great stay, do like the Oaks brand. The one big downer to my stay was that the pool and outside area was randomly closed on weekdays due to overhead renovations. Apparently it was open after 4pm when there was zero sun and the pool not heated. Plus the water wasn’t clean as there was run off from the pressure washing of the deck or construction works. There was no mention of the pool closure on any of the review sites, nor on theirs , nor was I told on check in. Have to say that this really impacted my visit as wanted to be able to sit outside and swim as I live in London!
