Space The living area consists of a large open plan space with bespoke kitchen, 4-seater dining table, and lounge area. Relax in the lounge area complete with large l-shaped sofa, 42-inch smart tv, with over 42 free view channels & Netflix. Enjoy the freedom of fully-equipped kitchen, complete with electric hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster, along with a full range of utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The apartment also comes with a washing machine and dryer in the utility cupboard. Super-fast WIFI comes as standard throughout the apartment. Bedrooms The master bedroom has 2 twin beds. The beds will be left as twins unless requested to be made as a Super-King. The second bedroom has a King bed. If you are travelling in a group larger than 4, the sofa will turn in to a sofa bed to accommodate 2 extra guests. Bathrooms There is 1 bathroom. Other things to note • A welcome pack featuring coffee, tea, milk will be there for your arrival. • Each apartment has a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. • Shampoo and conditioner are provided. • Linen will not be provided for the sofa bed unless it is requested.

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
