Cancellation Policy
B-aparthotels Brussels – Long stay conditions
A. Cancellation – no show
- Stays between 30 and 89 nights
The guest can cancel without charges until 14 working days before the date of arrival.
In case of cancellation within 14 working days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 14 nights will apply. In case of no show, a fee of 14 nights will apply.
- Stays 90+ nights
The guest can cancel without charges until 30 working days before the date of arrival.
In case of cancellation within 30 working days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 30 nights will apply. In case of no show, a fee of 30 nights will apply.
B. Reduction of number of nights
In case the guest leaves the apartment before the end date of the contract, the following conditions will apply:
- Stays between 30 and 89 nights
The guest can reduce its stay with a 14 working days’ notification prior to the new departure date.
In case the reduction notification is given within the 14 working days prior to the new departure date, a late reduction fee of 14 nights will apply.
In case the stay is reduced to less than 30 consecutive room nights the nightly rate will be increased with 30% for all nights stayed in the apartment
- Stays 90+ nights
The guest can reduce its stay with a 30 working days’ notification prior to the new departure date.
In case the reduction notification is given within the 30 working days* prior to the new departure date, a late reduction fee of 30 nights will apply.
In case the stay is reduced to less than 30 consecutive room nights the nightly rate will be increased with 30% for all nights stayed in the apartment.
C. Extras cancellation/ Reductions
- Monthly parking package is 350€ per month (up to 31 consecutive nights) non pro-rated (non-refundable in case of early departure)
- Long stay nightly parking price is 12€ per night as from 30 consecutive nights. If reduce to less than 30 consecutive nights, long stay price is no longer applicable. Short stay price Standard nightly price applies for all nights. 15€ in B-aparthotel Regent, 28€ in B-aparthotel Grand-Place, 18€ in B-aparthotel Ambiorix and 25€ in B-aparthotel Montgomery.
- Baby cot is 150€ per month (up to 31 consecutive nights) non pro-rated (non-refundable in case of early departure)
- Pet fee is 180€ per pet per month (up to 31 consecutive nights) non pro-rated (non-refundable in case of early departure).
