This 2 Bedroom apartment has all the basic amenities including an elegant living area with natural sunlight pouring in through the windows,  flat screen television, sofas and chairs, a dining area with seating capacity of 4 people, a decent bathroom with shower facilities, a classis kitchen with basic kitchenware, refrigerator, oven, coffee making facility, and drawers.

The interior of this apartment has been modernised and furnished for a carefree and memorable holiday with Camps Bay Beach on your doorstep.

Booking form:
On confirmation a booking form will be required to be completed and signed by the main tenant.  
Copies of all guests' passports will be required on confirmation.
Should a booking form not be completed we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Security deposit:
The security deposit will be payable 30 days prior to arrival. An invoice will be sent to the tenant directly for the settlement.
This deposit will be refunded into Tenant’s bank account within 20 (twenty) working days of the departure date specified within the agreement.

Concierge deposit:
Applicable to all extra services booked i.e. transfers, chef, butler, activities.
The concierge deposit will be dependent on the services requested.

Checkin instructions:
Checkin will be between 14:00 and 18:00, should a late checkin be required it will be on request basis.
A host will meet you at the property and hand over the keys.

Checkout instructions:
Checkout will be anytime before 10:00. A host will assist you on departure and collect keys.
