- If cancelling > 30 days away from the check in date (based on the ORIGINAL reservation date), a 100% refund will be given
- if cancelling < 30 days away from check in date (based on the ORIGINAL reservation date), a 50% refund will be given - if cancelling < 2 weeks away from check in date (based on the ORIGINAL reservation date), no refund will be given.
