Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy (Before Move-In):
•Full refund if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in.
•After 48 hours, the rent and service fee for the first 30 days are non-refundable.
The cleaning fee and charges for the remaining days (31 and beyond) are fully refundable.
Early Departure or Date Change Policy:
•No refunds for early departures or check-outs.
•Reductions to the length of stay made within 14 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Waiver of Liability:
•CozySuites shall not provide a refund or relocation for cleaning and maintenance issues if the Client or the Client's representative has inspected the unit ahead of check in.
