PET POLICY
• We will charge extra AED 200 in the cleaning fee (not shown during your booking process).
• We accept cats, dogs and fishes and we will require pictures and some information prior to confirm the pet access.
• We reserve the right to refuse access to pets not adhering our guidelines.
• 1 pet per booking maximum.
• The guest is fully responsible for all damages / issues caused by the pet inside the apartment and also in the common area of the building.
• The guest is responsible to follow all building pet regulations and will be responsible for any fines issued.
• Pets must be leashed in common area.
