Cancellation Policy
1. In case the Client/Operator wishes to terminate the contract earlier than the planned duration, either party
needs to notify the opposing party, in writing, at least 17 days (seventeen days) in advance. If the Client chooses
to terminate early or not continue with their booking he/she will lose their security deposit in full.
2. The Operator, upon written notice to the Client, may terminate this lease agreement with immediate effect due to
the occurrence of any of the following events: 1) The Client’s acts or omissions resulting in damage to the
property, whereby the Client fails to repair such damage or compensate the Operator for any expenses, fees or
any other charges incurred by the Operator in carrying out the repair work, despite receiving seven days
notice from the Operator requiring him to carry out such repairs. 2) Any rent or any other money payable
under this lease has not been paid by within 24 hours after the due date, whether it has been formally demanded
or not. 3) The Client is refusing to move out of the property even though the formal written notice has been served.
3. If the Client is absent from the town at the expiry of the period of stay or leaves the premises without the
Operator’s consent or if he has not paid the balance of the rent due by him, the Operator has the right to
ask the local Court of law to open and hand over to him the premises after counting and selling the
contents and paying the Operator his dues.
