Minerva is situated in the Finnieston area with fantastic restaurants and bars, accommodates up to 4 guests in a double master bedroom with ensuite shower room and a the second bedroom has a king size bed. The family bathroom has a shower over the bath.
The living room with dining table and chairs has a bright southerly outlook toward the Exhibition Centre and comes with Freeview TV and DVD/CD player. There's free WiFi and free allocated car parking for stays of 30 days or more. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen for all your self-catering needs. The kitchen includes an electric fan oven and gas hob, washer dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave.
All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.
Cancellation Policy
- 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
