Upon entering, you’ll be met by a large entry way hallway with an entry table for storing keys or hand bags along with storage closets and a washer/dryer combo. This luxury living home opens up into a space that been created for office work but also open to the living room and kitchen areas. The right wing of the home is an open concept living, dining and Kitchen Experience. The kitchen is fully equipped with all high end Kitchen Aide appliances and a built in wine fridge. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all your dining and cooking equipment, along with a coffee maker and tea kettle. You will see sleek white quartz countertops and black cabinets. The home has high 12' ceilings throughout. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a dining table with bar stools to allow extra seating at the breakfast bar. The left wing of the home has the main bedroom which has a queen-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an private bathroom with a walk in shower and rainhead. The main bedroom also has a large walk in closet attached to the private bathroom. Down the hall is the secondary bedroom which has a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with access both from the bedroom and a separate entry door from the hallway. The secondary bedroom also has a large walk in closet attached to the bathroom.
During your stay, you’ll have access to all of the community’s amenities including the gym, pool, media/theatre room, private poker room, Golf simulator and 2 different lounges. One lounge is a bar lounge that comes equip with a pool table, ping pong and shuffle board. There is another lounge area on the16th floor that comes equip with a full size demonstration kitchen and grand stairs that take you to the roof top terrace which has TV's, fire pits and the BBQ Area. Please note that parties are not permitted at this home.

Cancellation Policy
a) Cancellations prior to Arrival & Non-Arrivals (All destinations):
for stays of 30 to 89 nights If cancelled up to 15 nights prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be applied.
If cancelled 14 nights or less prior to the arrival date, a 14 nights penalty will be applied.
For stays of 90 nights + If cancelled up to 30 nights prior to the arrival date, no cancellation fee will be applied.
If cancelled 30 nights or less prior to the arrival date, a 30 nights penalty will be applied.
b) Cancellation once In-house / Shortened Stay:
If requested 14 nights prior to the new check out date for stays of 30 to 89 nights then the rate per night may increase but no cancellation fee will be applied.
If requested within 14 nights, for stays of 30 to 89 nights the rate per night may increase for the duration of the stay in addition to any relevant cancellation fees being applied.
If requested 30 nights prior to the new check out date for stays of 90 nights plus then the rate per night may increase but no cancellation fee will be applied.
If requested within 30 nights, for stays of 90 nights plus the rate per night may increase for the duration of the stay in addition to any relevant cancellation fees being applied.
c) Change of Dates:
If requested up to 15 nights or more prior to arrival for stays of 30 to 89 nights, and the home is available, no penalty fee will be charged.
If requested up to 30 nights or more prior to arrival for stays of 90 plus nights, and the home is available, no penalty fee will be charged.
If requested within 14 nights of arrival for stays of 30 to 89 nights and the home is available, fees will be applied equal to or Lesser of:
1) 14 nights rent
2) # nights cancelled as a result of a change of dates.
If requested within 30 nights of arrival for stays of 90 nights plus and the home is available, fees will be applied equal to or Lesser of:
1) 30 nights rent
2) # nights cancelled as a result of a change of dates.
