Cancellation Policy

  • 28+ night's stay; - 15 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation, a charge of 15 nights will be applied. For early termination same cancellation policy will apply.
  • 90+ night's stay:
  • No cancellation for the first 90 nights
  • 1 month payment in advance + 250.00 dilapidation deposit or letter of guarantee
  • 30 days written notice is required for extension
  • Tenancy Agreements to be signed
  • 1 month payment to be received before the arrival together with 250.00 dilapidation or letter of guarantee
