The apartment is a fantastic space, modernly furnished and provides a warm, comfortable place to call home in London. There is a wonderful open-plan living/dining area with comfortable sofas and seating in the kitchen area for meals. There is a smart TV in the lounge and the apartment comes with Wi-fi already installed.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials (oven, refrigerator, toaster etc.) and utensils. There are two bedrooms, each coming with a double bed and there is also, an additional sleeping room in the lounge. All bed linen provided is 100% cotton and duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic.
There are two bathrooms, each comes with a bath/shower, sink, toilet and all the bathroom products such as shampoo, toilet roll and shower gel. Fresh towels are provided. There is also a washing machine at the property for any laundry requirements.
Please note that the beds in the living room are 2 air mattresses.
Battersea Park Overground and Railway station is just around the corner from the flat! Queenstown Road railway station is also only a few minutes away for trains connecting to Clapham Junction. Additionally, you can access the Northern Line branch of the London Underground from the new underground station at Battersea Power Station, for a quick connection to the city centre!
If you take the Overground or standard rail services south to Clapham Junction, you’ll find fast connections for trains travelling outside of London and also, trains to London Gatwick Airport (average journey time of 20 minutes from Clapham Junction). Additionally, you can travel on local trains or Overground services to London Victoria, for even more rail connections both in and out of London!
If you should ever not be able to use the local rail services, Nine Elms has fantastic bus routes and services that run all over the city, including at night. For anyone thinking of driving in the city, Nine Elms is outside of the London Congestion Charge Zone, which means you will have to pay an additional charge (£15 per day) to drive into the city centre.
