I liked the location and the living/dining room and kitchen facilities. The heating was also good. I found the second bedroom cramped and difficult to move about in. The cupboards were insufficient especially because they were filled with linens and bedding and also equipment like the clothes drier and ironing board. So many things had to be removed to get some space. There were no chests of drawers for storage of clothes. The identification instructions were unclear and on arrival we were at the wrong door and it took ages to get help. The person at TheSquare did not know what was going on and had to get the Operator to help and she also was not able to easily convey what might be the solution. So we were out in the cold for about an hour. Once inside the flat, the towel rail heater did not work and it took 10 days to fix it. the first person who came did not know what to do and a second person had to be brought in a few days later by which time I had given up hope of repair. This flat is okay for a couple but not for more persons. I like the computer table and the dining table. Despite its shortcomings I have booked the flat again for June 2026 primarily because of the location. The impression I got was that this flat is not managed by The Square and you don't know much about it. I was disappointed in your management and inability to get things done quickly. I expected more professional service.
