The top floor offers large ceiling windows overlooking the skies of Malmö. Apartment is only accessible by stairs. The studio offers an open planning with a combined sleeping area (2 x 90 cm beds), kitchen with table and chairs and living room with sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bathroom with shower and washing machine.
Slottstaden is a popular residential district of Malmö close to the city center, but still with a neighboring friendly atmosphere. The area offers a wide range of local restaurants, cafés, supermarkets along with parks and Ribban beach around the corner. Buses run every 5-10 minutes taking you to the city center and Malmö central station in a few minutes time.

Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
