Our home is also conveniently located near North Manchester General Hospital.   MAIN BEDROOM:   Our spacious master bedroom contains a king sized mattress that can be split into two single beds and plenty of storage space.
SECOND BEDROOM:
Our second bedroom contains a luxury double mattress with more than enough storage space for two guests.LIVING ROOM:   There's no better place than our living area. Whether you're diving into a book, music, or simply kicking back to enjoy a movie after a fulfilling day, our living room is the perfect place to be. We have a smart TV with all the apps you need to unwind
Games / Dining Space:
Our property contains a large dining table which is perfect for families and groups. The table easily assembles into a 6ft pool/ ping pong table for entertainment!   Kitchen:   Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. You’re on holiday though, right? Treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door.    PERFECT FOR FAMILIES &amp; LONGER STAYS:   We provide the convenience of a washing machine and a clothes drying rack, ideal for those on extended trips. 
Guests will receive a 15% discount for 1 week stays.
Guests will receive a 25% discount for 1 month stays or more.   PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:   For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. A hoover is also provided.   GOOD TO KNOW:   You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime after 3pm using self check in.   BOOK NOW:   We guarantee the property will be available for the dates you book, it will be sparkling clean with fresh linen, towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. - Guests will require to submit their Identity Documents as part of our check in process and sign our terms and conditions. Check in instructions will not be released until this has been actioned.

- Please note that not all items displayed on the images such as face masks and wine will be provided during your stay. We will provide hand soap, body wash, shampoo/ conditioner and fresh linen/ towels for each guest.
- Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules &amp; will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you.
- Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbours around you).
- Security Cameras are positioned on both the front and back of the property for safety purposes.
