Our master bedroom contains a brand-new Plasma TV, Luxury Double Mattress, Walk-in Wardrobe, fresh linen and sheets. You’ll be well rested to enjoy your time in Manchester. We also have a dedicated workspace for anyone looking to crack on and get some work done.
LIVING ROOM:
Our living room contains a single sofa bed and a brand new dining table that can accommodate 2. We also have a SMART TV with all the apps you will need to unwind. The living space also contains a balcony where you can get a view of the city.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA:
Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. You can also treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door.
GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:
We provide the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, ideal for those on extended trips. Families with younger children will appreciate the inclusion of a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), as well as children's plates and cutlery. We warmly welcome longer term bookings.
Guest will receive a 15% discount for stays over 1 week.
Guest will receive a 20% discount for 1 month stays or more.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. Additionally, a cot is available; kindly let us know in advance if you require one.
GOOD TO KNOW:
You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime between 3-11pm using KEYNEST, which is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the property.
BOOK NOW:
We guarantee the property will be available for the dates you book, it will be sparkling clean with fresh linen, towels and everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you have any questions, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to answer. We’re are here to help
Other things to note:
- Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you.
- No parking on site (We can advise you on the most appropriate places to park for your stay).
- Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbors around you).
