      • Our third bedroom includes a single bed and storage space.
      • All bedrooms contain black out curtains.

      • Guests will receive a 13% discount for 1-week stays.
      • Guests will receive a 20% discount for 1-month stays or more.
    • PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
      • For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo, and soaps.
      • A cot is also available; kindly let us know in advance if you require one.
    • GOOD TO KNOW:
      • You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime after 3pm using self check-in.

      • We guarantee the property will be available for the dates you book, and it will be sparkling clean with fresh linen, towels, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

    • Guests will be required to submit their identity documents as part of our check-in process and sign our terms and conditions.
    • Please note that not all items displayed in the images, such as face masks and wine, will be provided during your stay. We will provide hand soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, and fresh linen/towels for each guest.
    • Parties/Smoking/Loud Noise is a breach of house rules and will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund. Your deposit will be used towards extra costs incurred.
    • Quiet hours are after 9pm (Please respect the neighbours around you).

Cancellation Policy

  • 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
