LOCATION:
Prime Location for families, business and travelers: Our home boasts an exceptional location, directly next to the BBC Building – Excellent transport links to MCC with the tram stop on your doorstep. Notably, you can effortlessly reach the iconic Old Trafford in no more than 10 minutes! You’re also spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants, bars and eateries right on your doorstep.
MAIN BEDROOM:
Experience a restful night's sleep in our bedroom. With a brand-new Plasma TV, Luxury double Mattress, fresh linen and sheets. There is also plenty of storage space for long term guests. You’ll be well rested to enjoy your time in Manchester.
SECOND BEDROOM
Our second bedroom also contains luxury double mattress with more than enough storage space. You can also enjoy the amazing viewpoints of the City!
LIVING ROOM:
Our living room contains a new smart TV, a dining table that seats 4, a sofa bed and access to a private balcony. We also have a fully stocked kitchen for those who are staying long term.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA:
Our Beautiful Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect in a family home. You’re on holiday though, right? Treat yourself and order anything you want from Deliveroo and get it delivered to your door.
PERFECT FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:
We provide the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, ideal for those on extended trips. Families with younger children will appreciate the inclusion of a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), as well as children's plates and cutlery. We warmly welcome pets; do remember to include them as guests as an additional charge applies.
Guests will receive a 15% discount for 1 week stays.
Guests will receive a 20% discount for 1 month stays or more.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. Additionally, a cot is available; kindly let us know in advance if you require one.
GOOD TO KNOW:
You can effortlessly check yourself in anytime after 3pm using our lockbox.
