The apartments are made for a longer stay and offer enough space. Here you will find everything that belongs to a good home: a small kitchen with hob, microwave and refrigerator, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a desk for quick errands and a comfortable sofa corner with a TV to switch on and off.
With fast Wi-Fi throughout the house, you can surf, stream or work as usual. Because good quality is our top priority, we have had all beds and mattresses fitted out by the Schlafstudio, the beds specialist in Freising. The balconies are provided with a privacy screen. The outdoor area of our house also invites you to take a deep breath: the large sun terrace is there for all guests.We offer families with children a family room with a separate sleeping area.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
