This beautiful spacious home provides more than enough space for families to relax and enjoy the sites of Oxfordshire. There are a further 3 double bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room and a stunning traditional family bathroom with roll-top bath with mermaid feet. In the large main living room overlooking the rear garden, you will find 2 comfy leather sofas, in front of the log burner fireplace with a supply of wood. There is also a beautiful Grandfather clock standing proud. The bi-fold doors lead onto the patio and the well-maintained garden. In the fully equipped kitchen, which has plenty of space to cook family meals, you will find handmade solid wood kitchen cupboards, housing a fridge, a freezer and a dishwasher. There is a Belfast sink, Rangemaster Cooker and various electrical appliances. Leading from the kitchen who will find a study equipped with a printer for your use. In the hallway, you will find a utility room with a washing machine and a fridge freezer. At the front of the property is parking for three/four cars. This house is situated in an excellent location with a bus stop just outside.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for5 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
