The apartment is located on the third floor of a 19th century Haussmanian building and is accessed via the elevator. The 160 SQM apartment is spacious and is one of a kind.

The living room has posh sofa's along with a home theater setup with a wall projection for a TV. The kitchen is separate and is equipped with all the modern amenities to prepare a hearty meal for the family.

The dining room is equipped with a 4 seat dining table and has floor to ceiling windows for an all natural light.

The Master bedroom is 26 sqm facing the street equipped with double glazing windows. It is furnished with a Queen size bed (160*200) and a wardrobe for storage.

The second bedroom has twin beds with a walk-in closet.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
