Any request to extend a lease must be sent to us 28 days before the end date of the initial lease term at the latest.
If the client does not assume responsibility for all damage, telephone use and
VOD use over and above the inclusive price, the occupant must provide us with complete information for his/her valid credit card, on the move in date at the latest.
The occupant must also provide us with a copy of a valid identification document prior to move in.
Any modification of the lease terms by the client must be communicated by email 28 days before taking effect.
Payment will be made by transfer, credit card or by check
Invoices will be prepared monthly
In case of payment by the occupant (and not the company), payment will be requested on the move in date at the latest

- Move in
Each new occupant must provide us with his/her contact information (cell phone number and email address) so that we can manage his/her move in as smoothly as possible.
Monday through Sunday from 8 am to 8 pm
Each new guest will need to provide his contact details (mobile phone number and email address) so his check-in can take place in the best conditions. Check-ins are by appointment from Monday to Sunday between 8am and 8pm. We also offer a private chauffeur service to escort your employee / client to the apartment on arrival and / or from the apartment on departure, at the preferential rate of 83 euros without VAT or 99 euros with VAT. In addition, for any guaranteed stay of a minimum initial duration of 6 months, we will be pleased to offer this service in full for your employees / clients arrival. The guest will be greeted at the property by a receptionist who will present all of the equipments operating procedures. If the guest arrives with a driver, the check-in with our receptionist will be postponed to the following day. The guest will electronically sign the inventory during his check-in appointment at the property and instantaneously receive it by email. Small animals will be accepted (2 animals, 30 kg each maximum), a pet fee of 100 euros without VAT / 120 euros with VAT per animal will be applied in order to cover the cost of the additional cleaning needs.
A specific insurance policy has been taken out for the apartment
The tenants personal assets are not covered by this policy
The apartment must remain continuously accessible for any technical service aimed at maintaining the apartment in working order
Any other visit will be subject to prior request made to the occupant
The tenant is responsible for the keys that are issued to him: the opening of the flat door or the replacement of the lock will be charged to the tenant in the following cases:
- The tenant leaves his keys inside the apartment
- The tenant forgets his keys abroad
- The tenant loses his keys or has them stolen
The stay will be subject to the residence tax, which is payable by the occupant in accordance with the Elan Law.
As an exception, MFIP agrees to assume this tax for this lease.
Outside our office hours, between 6pm and 8 am, an emergency number is available and will be communicated to the tenant/guest at the check-in.
