Perhaps best of all is its access to the Luxembourg Gardens, Paris's best-loved park and a great place to relax in between hectic sightseeing. Two blocks away from the park, you will find Mabillon and Odéon which are packed with little streets and cocktail bars to satisfy your every nightlife need. No matter what your age or preferences, we're pretty confident you'll be thrilled to find yourself staying in this irresistible neighborhoods.
Our Three -bedroom apartment located in Paris, just a few minutes from the Notre Dame Cathedral and a 2 minute walk to Place Saint Michel where you can catch the RER and line 4 metro. The apartment is on a quiet road that ends at a small square overlooking the Seine with the Saint Julien church in the middle.

Upon entering, you’ll be met by the living room to the left which has a sofa, armchairs and flat-screen TV. There is a dining room for six guests. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and porcelain dinnerware. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and plenty of closet space . Outside, you will find a full size bathroom with a walk in shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds and overlooks the interior courtyard. There are two bathrooms one with large shower and WC and a guest bathroom with a WC and small shower at the end of the hall. The third bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed. This bedroom can also be converted as an office.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
