The apartment is wide, with around 80 sq. m. of floor space that consists of a living room, a long balcony with a view over George V avenue, 1-bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom (also separate W/C therefore two toilets). The tall, ceiling-to-floor glass windows that adorn the apartment from wall to wall welcomes bright, natural light that emanates throughout the whole apartment.

The living room of this apartment features a comfortable sofa-bed (folds out into a queen size bed), several wooden chairs with intricate etchings, a coffee table, flat-screen cable TV, phone service and fast wifi. Not too far away from the living room is a fully-furnished kitchen where you can prepare all your meals. There is also a 2-in-2 washing machine and dryer available for your use in the apartment.

The bedroom in this apartment is fairly large and can accommodate up to 4 people. The queen-sized bed in this room may be split to form two single beds whenever you wish. It has an AC unit for your comfort. (if you leave bedroom door open, you will be able to get cool air in the apartment from the AC unit located in bedroom).

The bathroom comes with a bathtub/shower and toilet. There is also a separate wash room located across the hallway which consists of a sink and toilet.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
