This amazing  3BDR/ 1130 sqft Duplex , perfectly fitted for a family or friends has on the main level two bedrooms, each with its en suite bathroom. The first bedroom facing the private patio benefits from natural light and has a queen bed, a dressing room, a TV en-suite bathroom with a rain shower and sink. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a dressing room, a TV, a bathroom with a rain shower and sink. Both bedrooms share a separate toilet with a sink in the hall. 
On the opposite side, you will find the dining and kitchen area joined together by the private patio. It's the perfect place to relax after a busy shopping day or enjoying a special dinner at home looking at the vertical green garden.
The kitchen area is sleek and modern and the walls have been brought back to the original exposed limestone. These gorgeous walls coupled with the oiled oak floors and the modern kitchen, create a unique and stylish ambiance.
A contemporary staircase leads from the living area to the lower level. Please kindly note that this staircase in recommend for adults only and children of minimum 8 years old.
