The apartment is located in a 19th century building with a cut-stone façade and a digicode system provides secure entry to the premises. It has been fully renovated in a modern style with lacquered white and ebony decor. The apartment is courtyard facing with large full-length windows. It has cornice ceilings and dark oak strip-pattern parquet flooring. The windows of the apartment are double glazed and overlook either a very quiet street or a charming courtyard.

The open-plan kitchen spans one of the living room walls and the kitchen it is fitted with storage cupboards and a worktop. It is equipped with an oven, a microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker, a fridge and all the necessary crockery.

The apartment has two 140 x 190 cm double beds furnished with wardrobes which also provide shelving space. Shower rooms are en-suite and fitted with large walk-in showers, washbasins, lighted mirrors and heated towel rails; for your convenience, the apartment is also equipped with a washing machine.

Cancellation Policy

  • 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
