Welcome to your new Parisian Pied-à-Terre in the heart of the famous Marais, the temple of fashion, culture, and history, 2 steps from the famous Place des Vosges, the lively Place Saint-Paul and Bastille, less than 10 minutes from the main attractions of Paris Such as Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Hôtel de Ville.
Our 1 bedroom apartment of 31m2 has 2 windows overlooking roofs and without vis a vis. The layout is very practical with a sliding door separating the bedroom and allowing to enlarge the flat into an open space during the day  thus once closed providing intimacy at night with separate bedroom.
The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, storage box, and 2 dressing rooms and a 2nd window. The living room has a convertible sofa bed for 2 and a table to dine. The US kitchen corner allows you to cook or enjoy takeaway meals, it is equipped with refrigerator, sink, cooking stoves, microwave, grill, cooking utensils, and a dining table with 4 folding wooden chairs and a washing machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin, toilet and 2 small windows for the ventilation. Linen for bedding and bathroom are provided as well as  Wifi and Tv via the internet. You will find all the necessary amenities to feel at home instantly

Cancellation Policy

  • 90 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 90 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 81 nights will be applied.
  • All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
