This modern Parisian flat comfortably accommodates up to six adults and boasts all the conveniences one could desire. Located in a contemporary building, it offers stunning views of the Seine and Parc de Bercy from a small balcony off the living room. The building is equipped with a lift and provides a convenient car park. Inside, the furnished flat comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and handheld shower, the other with a walk-in shower), and two separate toilets. All rooms are accessible from the main entryway and corridor.
Upon entering the apartment, a corridor leads to your right, while the open living area greets you on the left. Just before entering the spacious salon, you'll find the entrance to the well-appointed kitchen on the right, conveniently situated across from the bookshelf featuring a wooden Eiffel Tower as seen in the photos.
The generously sized kitchen is fully equipped, complete with a breakfast table and the listed amenities. Please note that the fridge is a compact, under-the-counter style. The main living area features a dining table for six, two comfortable leather sofas, and access to the inviting balcony. The space is bathed in natural light, thanks to the abundance of windows and the apartment's corner location, providing ample seating and an ideal setting for entertaining guests.
Moving to the right of the entryway, you'll find the corridor leading to all the bedrooms, bathrooms, and toilets. Immediately to your left is the first toilet, followed by the first twin bedroom. Continuing on the left side of the corridor, you'll encounter the second twin bedroom and finally the master bedroom. On the right side of the corridor, there is a storage closet housing the hot water heater, vacuum, drying rack, and other essentials. Next on the right is the second toilet, followed by the first bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. At the end of the corridor, you'll discover the second bathroom, boasting a double vanity, bathtub, and douchette, providing a comfortable and convenient space for your stay.
