Apartment locations were good. Your representative at The Square tried hard to arrange viewings for us which in the end we couldn't make due to necessarily short notice. Grateful for her efforts though. In terms of what could be done better, just managing expectations. In particular, the original search took longer than ideal as I had to keep reminding The Square of our requirements (some of the selection fell outside) & the total costs and obligations - ie. need to sign a lease agreement + I couldn't understand why we had to keep filling in the same details multiple times on different platforms. Not that seamless. In relation to the first apartment, the safe and coffee machine didn't work. Not a massive problem, but still not great. In relation to the second apartment, we were told we would be met and then at the last minute informed it would be a self-checkin. Again, not a massive problem but not fantastic.
