The apartment is located at Rue Greffulhe in the 8th District of Paris, just between the church 'Madeleine' the Boulevard Haussmann with 'les grand's magasins' famous largest French department stores Galleries Lafayette and Printemps as well as famous delicatessen stores such as Hediard and Fauchon. Situated on 2nd French floor with elevator. Upon entering, you’ll be met by the living room which offers plenty of seating, along with a TV and large windows that allow for natural light to enter the home. From here you can access the dining room with a table for 4 guests, and a dedicated office space. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and porcelain dinnerware. Once in the bedrooms you will find 2 of these with king size beds and lots of closet space. There is a bathroom in the hallway with shower, WC and double vanity. The third bedroom is located to the right of the entry and has a king size bed and reading area. There is a second bathroom with WC, shower/bathtub, and a double vanity.
Cancellation Policy
- 28 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 14 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 9th September, then 9 days notice has been given and a charge for 19 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
