Every apartment features a comfortable sofa, Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, DVD-player, open-plan living area and a washing machine and dryer. Alongside the dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven/microwave combination, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and other facilities. The incredible bedrooms come with sufficient closet space and comfortable beds to recharge you for the next day. Other in-house facilities include a private health club, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room, relaxing sun deck and a private car park underneath the building (extra fees may apply). Area info

Rotterdam is a city in the Netherlands within the Rhine–Meuse–Scheldt river delta at the North Sea. Its history goes back to 1270, when a dam was constructed in the Rotte river, after which people settled around it for safety.

Guests will be in one of the most popular spots in Rotterdam, the trendy ‘Kop van Zuid’ neighborhood. The Maas River can be seen from the apartments due to the building being on the bank . From the apartments you can reach the city center in no time; downtown Rotterdam is right across the river with loads of attractions. Our guests will be happy to discover numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities and two theaters in close proximity. In the direct vicinity of the residence, guests will find so many more hidden things to do aside from exploring and eating. All they have to do is head out and discover them.

The location is also ideal for frequent travellers in, out and around Rotterdam. The Hague Airport is only a 20-minute drive away and the Amsterdam Schiphol Airport approximately 45 minutes away. Wilhelminaplein underground station is also nearby for connections to the attractions and more.

  • This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
  • For guest in house 7 days’ notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
  • Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days’ notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
