Every apartment features a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV, open-plan living area and separate room with a washing machine/dryer. Apart from the dining area, there is a modern all-white and fully equipped kitchen with plenty off cupboard space. The minimalist bedrooms come with ample closet space and comfortable beds.
Registration at our property is possible. Upon registering at our property, you don’t have to pay city tax/tourist tax anymore. IMPORTANT: Upon registering you become a Resident of the city and will be charged for resident taxes such as water and waste tax. Please be aware that these taxes are personal and will be for your own account and will not be paid by the provider.

Cancellation Policy
- 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
