The New Orleans property has a lot to offer: it is designed to make your everyday life more enjoyable and easier, with in-house facilities such as a private health club, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room, relaxing sundeck, camera and controlled access security and private carpark underneath the building (extra fees may apply). With all these extras we believe it won’t be a problem to ‘dock’ here for a while.
With four different types of apartments, from smart one-bedroom apartments to executive two-bedroom apartments, there is always an apartment that suits your lifestyle. Every apartment features a comfortable sofa, a flatscreen TV, open-plan living area and separate room with a washing machine/dryer. Apart from the dining area, there is a modern all-white and fully equipped kitchen with plenty off cupboard space. The minimalist bedrooms come with ample closet space and comfortable beds.
Registration at our property is possible. Upon registering at our property, you don’t have to pay city tax/tourist tax anymore. IMPORTANT: Upon registering you become a Resident of the city and will be charged for resident taxes such as water and waste tax. Please be aware that these taxes are personal and will be for your own account and will not be paid by the provider.

Cancellation Policy
- 7 days notice is required to cancel your booking prior to arrival.
- This is for all lengths of stay in order to avoid charges.
- For guest in house 7 days notice is required to shorten or extend their stay/booking.
- Example: If a guest is checking in on the 17th September then gives notice on the 12th September, then 6 days notice has been given and a charge for 1 nights will be applied.
- All cancellations or extension requests must be made in writing via email.
- Group Bookings cancellation policy may vary.
