Cancellation Policy
Leases for 1 month or longer
- Any amendment, cancellation or no-show to the reservation is to be informed by 1400hrs 14 days prior to the check-in date, failing which a penalty of 3-night's rate will be levied.
Leases less than 1 month
- Any amendment, cancellation or no-show to the reservation is to be informed by 1400hrs 7 days prior to the check-in date, failing which a penalty of 1-night's rate will be levied.
