- Minimum S$ 1,000.00 upon confirming this booking
- 50% of the full payment if cancellation is received less than 16 days prior to check in date.
- 100% of the full payment if cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to check in date.
- 100% of the full payment if guest fail to use the premises
- No pre-termination is allowed; un-utilized room nights will not be refunded or allowed to move to another stay/reservation.
