I was actually so excited and waiting to give my comments and review on your services. Thus firstly, thank you so much for the opportunity. I am from Sri Lanka and me and my family (my husband and my 5 ½ years old son) were on a vacation in Singapore from 08th April till 16th April 2018. We arrived Singapore on 08th April and stayed at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel as my husband was attending a conference till 10th April 2018. On 10th April we moved to a one-bed room apartment in South Bouna Vista Area (about 10-15 min drive from the hotel) which was arranged and managed by the thesqua.re service apartments. This was our first experience in the means of obtaining a serviced apartment abroad. Initially, I was honestly very scared to go ahead as I had to make the payment in full to reserve the apartment. But, I found this great, energetic, kind, flexible, understanding and so much supportive person named Ms. Paridhi Saxena who made me believe in them and supported to make our stay a memorable, happy and a comfortable one. Paridhi was totally reachable and answered all my doubts and questions very clearly and confidently. The apartment was very clean, nice and well maintained. Nothing to complain at all. They provided me even hand wash, soap, washing powder, etc. Fully completed and worth for the price. Every step from arranging, negotiating, check in and check out was very transparent, quick, friendly and professional. I should also not forget Mr. Leon who perfectly managed our check in and check out processes and he was so nice to arrange even transport from the apartment to the Changi air port (about 40-45 min drive). He was very clear and friendly. In simple words, everything was perfect and I highly recommend thesqua.re service apartments to all. They are 100% reliable and the prices are negotiable and the quality of the apartment is totally worth for the money. Looking forward to obtain your services again in the future and no second thoughts to recommend your services to the globe.
